ACCOMMODATION

The lodging is provided from 15.8.2012 till  19.8.2012, and can be extended both before and after these days (the teams are welcome to arrive earlier for a training camp), except school. All lodgings are within an easy reach from the city centre and the sport arenas. 

The accommodation is arranged in the following categories:

School

The whole team stays together in one classroom. All participants must bring their own sleeping bags and mattresses. Each classroom can be locked. 

Youth Hostels

Lodging is provided in multi-bedded rooms (maximum 7 beds) with common facilities. Bedding provided.

Examples:

DYKOVA , A PLUS , FORTUNA RHEA, HOTEL START etc.

Hotel B

Simple tourist class hotels, lodging is basically provided in multi bedded rooms with private facilities.

Examples:

TRISTAR, OLŠANKA, NORDIK, AKÁT,  CITY CLUB, VITKOVA, PROKOPKA, OLGA,  etc.

Hotel A

Good tourist class hotels, lodging is provided in triple, double and single rooms with private facilities.

Examples:

OLYMPIK, CLARION CONGRESS, MACHOVA, PARKHOTEL, EXPO, ROYAL PLAZA etc.

Hotel A+

First class hotels, lodging is provided in triple, double and single rooms with private facilities.

Examples:

PANORAMA etc.

All Lodging Prices Include

Activity card, breakfast and arrival assistance. Bus transfers are not included. Bus transfers to or from the airport/railway station or to the venues may be booked separately for special tournament rates. The exact conditions and prices are listed here.

Individual Fee

Any team that does not accept any of above mentioned lodging alternatives offered by the organisers is obliged to pay the individual fee - 30 EUR/per person. For teams that book the lodging via the organisers the individual fee is already included in the cost for lodging. This fee includes also the activity card.

The Activity Card Includes:

- CZECH OPEN 2012 ID wristband

- entrance to the sport halls

- entrance to CZECH OPEN 2012 matches including the finals /limited capacity/

- public transport ticket valid in buses, trams, metro within the tournament dates

- entrance to the important historical sights operated by Prague Information Service

- tournament party entrance

- entrance to the final day programme /limited capacity/

- discount in SPINFLO floorball specialized shop

- other possible activities will be specified later

Accommodation and Individual Fee Payment:

The Accommodation Fee or the Individual Fee is to be transferred by July 10th, 2012, via SWIFT to:

Please note that the Accommodation Fee or the Individual Fee is netto - the bank charges are to be covered by the transferring team.

Cancellation

The accommodation reservation can be cancelled up to 30 days before the arrival. If it is less the 30 day, the cancellation fees will be as follows:

30 - 21 days  -30 % of the total amount

20 - 14 days  -50 % of the total amount

13 - 7 days    -70 % of the total amount

6 - 0 days     -100 % of the total amount

The percentage of the fee will be calculated from the ordered number of persons. No refund will be given in case of a cancellation during the stay. A reduction in the number of persons in the team does not apply to any cancellation fee in case it does not exceed 2 persons.

Upon Arrival

Every team has to present a full name list (including full name, birth date, passport number) after arrival to the hotel/hostel and prearrange the breakfast and other meals time with the reception (in case they are ordered and provided at the hotel/hostel). The participants are required to follow the house order in hotels/hostels, especially the night silence after 10 p. m. The check in time is 2 p.m. and the check out time is 10 a.m. The luggage can be stored till later time on the departure day when prearranged in advance with the reception.

At the school a deposit of  CZK 2000/per team is collected while  In hotels/hostels the damage deposit is requested (EUR 10–30/person)!!. This amount will be used to cover potential damages caused by the team members. The deposits will be returned upon departure when the rooms will be taken over by the reception staff. The deposit routine depends on the regulations of each hostel.
