Prizes:

The winner of Men ELITE receives the prize money of SEK 40.000 .

The best teams in each category will be awarded with a diploma, cup and medals.

Rules

The tournament will be played according to the valid IFF rules with following exceptions:

There will be no team time-out in the group matches.

Match Time

The match time in categories Men, Ladies and Juniors is 2x15 minutes; quarterfinals, semi-finals and finals will be played 2x20 minutes.

The match time in the Men ELITE category is 2x20 minutes; quarterfinals, semi-finals and finals will be played 3x20 minutes.

The match time in the Ladies ELITE category is 2x20 minutes, the finals will be played 3x20 minutes.

The playing time will not be measured effectively with the exception of last 3 minutes of all matches in the Elite categories and  eliminating matches  starting from the quarterfinals in other categories.

Preliminary system

The teams are divided into groups of four or five where all teams will meet in round robin series. All teams in each group will advance to the play off. The ranking in the group will decide your opponent in the play off. All play off matches will be decided by the cup system (direct elimination).

Referees

The matches will be directed by top class referees from Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark and other countries. The nomination will be published in the second half of July.

Insurance

Please note that every participant is taking part in the tournament on his own risk and is not generally insured by the organisation. Therefore a general travel insurance is reccommended.

The organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury of the participants during the tournament.

Registration

The same as the previous years we have to obey the rule: "First come first served" because the number of participants is limited. Please complete the registration by the on-line formular before May 30th, 2012. After completing the registration form each team will be provided a registration number. This number will enable you to add or correct the team information (like accommodation, trainings or friend matches requests and team lists). In case of queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

240 EUR/per team in categories Men, Ladies, Junior

290 EUR/per team in Elite categories

Please note that the registration fee is not refundable (provided the team is confirmed the participation) and the amount is netto - the bank charges are to be covered by the transferring team.

Individual fee

Any team that does not accept any of the lodging alternatives offered by the organisers is obliged to pay the individual fee 30 EUR/per person. This fee includes also the activity card. For teams that book the lodging via the organisers the individual fee is already included in the cost for lodging.
